Ten more ten more!

So starting to lose track of what I've already posted…and then also amazed that some books I find to be super important have taken so long to get on the list.

1. The Things They Carried - Tim O'Brien

2. Dispatches - Michel Herr

3. The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay - Michael Chabon

4. The Stand - Stephen King

5. A Brieft History of Time - Stephen Hawking

6. The Power of Myth - Joseph Campbell with  Bill Moyers

7. Drumming at the Edge of Magic - Mickey Hart, Jay Stevens and Fredric Lieberman

8. The Tao of Nature - Zhuangzi

9. No One Belongs Here More Than You - Miranda July

10. Born to Run - Christopher McDougall

I've read five out of these 10 books and just started reading The Things They Carried last night. Kavalier and Clay, really anything Chabon writes, is fabulous.

Wow - coincidence?

I'm trying not to post multiple books by the same author. We'll see how that goes! But for me, Kavalier & Clay is just such outstanding work in scope and depth - it stands out in his canon.
